I hope that everyone is enjoying their break. I have reviewed your drafts, and if you haven’t received my critique yet, it’s because I either did not receive a draft from you, or it will be sent to you shortly. If you do not receive a critique by Wednesday Oct 14th, please email me.

YouTube Posts #5 & #6  (Due Oct 24th)

(Due to the 2 week hiatus, you still need to upload two videos to this weeks blog post) We will take a look as these first thing on Wednesday.

DMCA Final Essay (5 Pages) (Due Oct 24th)

Expand upon your draft. Continue to defend your position of supporting the large company using the DMCA to sue others… Or continue defending the “little guy.” In this essay , you will re-evaluate your original assessment with the new information that you have found.

Research similar cases that use the DMCA to either support or cast doubt on your case. Talk about how and why these other cases affect your view of who’s correct in the case. Was your original assessment incorrect? If it was, show me why.

You may find that with research, you can defend both sides of the argument. I want you to analyze and research both sides of the argument. What are the motivations of the large companies? Have they sued since your case? What is their current stance in the matter? Have outcomes from other cases set a new precedence?

Please include an annotated bibliography, and cote ALL of your sources.
